One of the biggest mistakes I made when starting my first business was being too slow. I spent a huge amount of time trying to find just the right idea, exactly the right approach, and a business model I’d be happy with for the next 20 years.
That is major overkill in the beginning!
In the beginning, the most important thing that you need is to get started. That’s it. There’s plenty of time for figuring out the details later.
My advice to you: have your business up and running (accepting it’s first clients) in the next seven days. Seriously!
